Citigroup, Inc. is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Director to lead the Business Execution Team within Markets COO. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, who can drive business growth and improvement initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Technology leadership to support the Business People strategy and Communication strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience working in global and complex settings. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and a solid understanding of financial services industry technology, including P&L, accruals, client allocations, capitalization, recovery, and fixed price contracts is essential. The salary range for this position is $176,720 - $265,080, depending on experience and qualifications.
