Job Overview
Hogan Lovells, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Marketing and Business Development Manager for our International Arbitration practice. This position will be based in Washington, DC or New York office.

About the Role
This individual will support the marketing activities of the IA practice globally across varying markets and clients through framing and driving marketing and business development activities and programs that strengthen our reputation, engage clients, and drive revenue. The Manager will work closely with the Practice Area Leader for IA, the IA Leadership Group and marketing and BD peers globally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing goals, initiatives, and strategies to support business development.
  • Serve as the liaison with other M&BD regional and global colleagues to coordinate activities to promote and develop business.
  • Manage responses to RFPs, customized pitches, and business development presentations.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing practice group clients and other firm clients.
  • Work with the firm's communications team to build profile for the practice internally and externally.
