As our new Principal BPO Partnerships Manager, you'll play a leading role in growing and developing a portfolio of global BPO partners. This involves identifying and qualifying potential global BPO partners, establishing impactful partnerships, developing growth plans, and delivering against revenue targets.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver joint objectives and drive business growth. Our platform resolves the majority of customer queries quickly and automatically, allowing human agents to focus on complex issues and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IDentify, qualify, and acquire new global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Develop business plans with your partner portfolio to achieve partner-driven revenue goals and secure new customers.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, channel management, account management, or enterprise sales in the BPO industry.
  • Experience in the customer contact center industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
