Team OverviewAs a Lead Technical Solutions Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud Applications, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This system will encompass Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and will be an Oracle Cloud Applications Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
This presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our organization, driving efficiency and innovation in our processes.
You will collaborate with other architects to define the target-state and transitional-state architectures for HCM, Finance, and ICM at Edward Jones.
Your architecture will integrate SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and on-premises applications.
You will mentor agile teams in the integration of functionalities across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, evaluate business processes, and devise comprehensive technical solutions.
Design and architect the implementation of the new ERP (HCM, Finance, and ICM) cloud SaaS solution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
Design and architect the integration of the new ERP cloud SaaS solution with other SaaS and on-premises applications.Develop detailed architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical documentation.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the solution adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, HR, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and integration of the solution.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing system performance and scalability.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all aspects of system design and implementation

Skills/Requirements
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of experience across multiple technology domains, with
5+ years as a Solution Architect, focusing on implementing Oracle ERP (HCM, Finance, and ICM) cloud SaaS solutions in a complex environment.
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with leading cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience designing integration solutions between SaaS and on-premises applications.
Strong knowledge of HCM and Finance systems.
Proven exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and drive consensus.
Oracle Cloud certifications (i.e., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OCI Architect Associate, Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud Applications) is a plus.
Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
