About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Development Representative to join our Sales VAR MM Department at D and H Distributing Co.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
