Job Summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic account management and financial sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of existing mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage overall account strategies for specific named account customers, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities and retention of embedded base services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand their changing business needs and identify upselling/cross selling and new product revenue growth opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Comcast's products and services to effectively position and align them with assigned accounts.
  • Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of assigned customers, including Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, Active Core, SD-WAN, and other Business Class products.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
