Human Resources Field Support Specialist

At Swire Coca-Cola USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting employees and managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Employees: Build relationships with employees, provide guidance on HR operational matters, and support them in their day-to-day work.
  • Support Managers: Coach and support people managers on HR matters, ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver Human Resources Solutions: Provide relevant HR information to employees and leaders, implement and drive adoption of HR initiatives, and provide feedback on HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study.
  • Multi-site responsibility will require regular travel, mainly by car.
  • Previous Manufacturing/Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate now and in the future.
