Accounts Receivable Specialist

City County Insurance Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices, credits, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including customer information and payment history.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their accounts.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts receivable records.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in accounts receivable records.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
