Job Summary:

City County Insurance Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices, credits, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records, including customer information and payment history.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their accounts.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts receivable records.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in accounts receivable records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
