In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the Portland market with some of the latest technology and numerous clients in an organization that supports their service technicians.

Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Performing day-to-day field service, including service, installations, and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing sales support and some training.
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of different people.
  • Representing Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
  • Taking ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintaining all customer records and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. Ideally, you will have developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of your craft.
