Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Field Applications Engineer to join our team at Everest Consultants, Inc. In this role, you will provide technical support to our sales team, product marketing, and engineering teams, as well as our customers, to ensure the successful development, application, and operation of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the semiconductor/thin film industry, with experience in vacuum science, RF power/match networks, and/or plasma processing equipment and applications. You will work closely with our customers to understand their equipment and application requirements, and provide technical consultation and troubleshooting services to ensure the best solution for their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to our sales team, product marketing, and engineering teams, as well as our customers.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their equipment and application requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting services to ensure the best solution for our customers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and communicate this information to our team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science/engineering/technical field or demonstrated industry experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor/thin film industry or more than 7 years of experience in a related technical field.
  • Working knowledge of thin film industry, including vacuum science, RF power/match networks, and/or plasma processing equipment and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
