Compensation: $100,000-$125,000/yr

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project engineering initiatives.
  • Design high voltage power supply circuits.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and key project milestones, providing guidance throughout the process.
  • Explore innovative technologies and manage new product development to maintain industry leadership.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives through proposal evaluations and enhancements to existing designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, with advanced studies considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project engineering, design engineering, or a related field, with experience in the space sector being highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with circuit design tools is a plus.
  • Able to provide technical support and direction to a multidisciplinary team of engineers and operational staff to meet production objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with high voltage circuits, power supplies, and/or space-related products is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing industry-standard root cause corrective action (RCCA) methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
