Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in connecting the Help Desk and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing IT projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Supporting the Infrastructure Manager, Network Engineer, and Security Engineer with project-related tasks.
  • Handling escalated issues from the Help Desk team.
  • Providing assistance to the Help Desk during peak times.
  • Identifying recurring issues and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Seeking automation opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • Offering after-hours escalation support.
  • Maintaining IT processes, including backup management and vendor relations.
  • Promoting IT operational excellence through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring the security of confidential information and following proper escalation protocols.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dynamic technology environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability for on-call duties during nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
Additional certifications relevant to the role, such as A+, Net+, or Google certifications, are advantageous.

Work Environment
The role may require flexibility in working across various locations as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $103,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
