Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead project engineering initiatives.
  • Design high voltage power supply circuits.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and guide the team through critical milestones.
  • Explore innovative technologies and oversee the development of new products to maintain industry leadership.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through proposal evaluations and enhancements to existing designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, with advanced studies considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project engineering, design engineering, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the space sector.
  • Familiarity with circuit design tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to provide technical support and direction to a multidisciplinary team of engineers and operational staff to meet production objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with high voltage circuits, power supplies, and/or space-related products is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, employing industry-standard root cause corrective action (RCCA) methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
