Aquent is seeking a meticulous Project Coordination Specialist to support various initiatives within our client's Business Operations Services (BOS), Customer Care, Information Protection, and Business Continuity (CCIB) division. This position emphasizes the organization of meetings and events while assisting Project Managers in their endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure that project outcomes are achieved within the allocated budget.
- Provide operational assistance with a focus on Domain Conferences and Domain Calls.
- Assist in the coordination and testing of large-scale projects as required.
- Engage with stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Facilitate both minor and major projects.
- Plan, execute, and document meetings covering a variety of topics related to the aforementioned activities.
- Evaluate business requests for system and/or procedural modifications.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines.
- Draft and review business requirements and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare for testing, create test scripts, and execute testing procedures.
- Conduct data entry tasks as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Project Administrator, Event Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar positions.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholder demands and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in collaborative environments and able to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with business operations.
- Experience as a business analyst or project analyst in the financial services industry.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $28-$30 per hour, influenced by factors such as education, relevant experience, certifications, and geographical location.
