Your Role: The Onsite Services Supervisor will lead a team and manage all Onsite services (KeepStock - our customer-managed inventory solution) within a designated geography and customer base.

Ensure the execution of onsite service activities through effective leadership in the areas of talent development, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and cost management.


KeepStock Management and Leadership:
Guide a team of 4-9 Onsite Representatives and Specialists to maintain customer accounts within a specific geography, ensuring timely stock organization and product availability using essential tools and metrics. Select, mentor, and retain a diverse team while exemplifying and instilling the company values to foster positive team engagement.
Financial Performance and Resource Management:
Oversee KeepStock projects within the service geography, focusing on enhancing productivity and profitability of the KeepStock offering. Ensure appropriate solutions and resources are effectively deployed to customers.
Partnerships to Drive Growth:

Collaborate with the sales team, providing expertise in the KeepStock offering to assist in exceeding incremental sales growth expectations and achieving a favorable return on investment for KeepStock sites. Maintain customer relationships and work alongside sales and branch teams to identify and address service opportunities.

Act as a strong advocate for KeepStock by building an internal network with local Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Consulting teams.

Qualifications: You possess 3+ years of relevant experience in retail, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, ideally with some leadership experience. An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred. You have a solid understanding of financial and economic concepts necessary for P&L tasks.

Experience in situational leadership within a matrixed environment and the ability to lead individuals not directly within your span of control is essential. You excel in building and sustaining partnerships and teams, with strengths in process improvement, ownership, control, and project management.
