Our team of specialized consultants is dedicated to providing personalized recommendations and solutions through engaging visual merchandising that inspires guests and enhances their shopping experience. Teams in Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, Home, Baby, and Electronics focus on guest satisfaction while efficiently completing tasks that ensure product availability and ease of shopping, including pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining both the sales floor and backroom.

As a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to cultivate skills and experiences in the following areas:
