**Job Overview**
The Culinary Team Leader is accountable for the preparation of designated food items across all service areas and special events, while also overseeing the scheduling and training of production staff. This role ensures that cleaning protocols are fully adhered to in accordance with Inspection Standards. The Culinary Team Leader guarantees that all production personnel uphold the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution; six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
**Work Schedule**
+ Varied shifts with every other weekend and every third holiday; 80 hours over two weeks.
**Compensation**
The hourly wage for this position is detailed below. Actual hourly rate is contingent upon experience.
+ **$24.75 per hour**
