Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the contract lifecycle process, including reviewing and editing contracts and prospective grants, as well as providing administrative support and using our contract management system and other tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining Excellent Working Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with CCSI administrative teams, program service departments, customers, and vendors.
- Contract Template Management: Assist in maintaining all contract-related templates and ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Contract Compliance and Reporting: Support contract team members and project staff to ensure compliance with legal clauses, reporting requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and CRM maintenance, to ensure seamless contract management processes.
- Grant Support: Conduct database management, including maintaining documentation and data entry to support grant applications, reporting forms, and other grant-related tasks.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including taking notes, preparing minutes, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of CCSI's business areas and evolving service delivery.
- Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, business development, or a related field.
- Grant Processing Experience: Familiarity with Federal, State, or Local Grant processing for Non-profits is a plus.
- Contract Management Systems: Experience using contract and/or grant management systems is a plus.
