Senior Wholesale Sales Executive

The Senior Wholesale Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the high-end food service sector. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in protein sales, particularly in establishing and nurturing relationships with top-tier restaurants and wholesale accounts.
Company OverviewBooth Creek Wagyu (BCW) is a premier Wagyu beef company based in the Flint Hills region, dedicated to producing exceptional quality beef through superior genetics and innovative husbandry practices. Our vertically integrated operations include our own processing facility, ensuring unmatched quality and consistency in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential high-end restaurants and wholesale partners for BCW products.
- Effectively present and negotiate to secure new accounts.
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate on product innovation and demand forecasting to align with market needs.
- Support other sales initiatives within BCW as required.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales or customer relationship management.
- At least 2 years of experience selling protein products to upscale food service establishments.
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $50,000.
- Unlimited commission potential based on performance; expected earnings in the first year range from $20,000 to $30,000, with potential growth in the second year to $40,000 to $50,000.
