Job Summary
The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales within a designated area of our soft washing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer service inquiries and claims within your designated area.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct safety inspections in the field to ensure compliance.
  • Handle warranty claims for roofing services directly on-site.
  • Deliver detailed proposals and consultations to clients.
  • Represent the company positively while operating the company vehicle.
  • Develop and expand your assigned territory effectively.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of company trade shows.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners.
  • Implement the company's marketing strategies as part of your role.
  • Contribute to the overall business operations of the company.
  • Maintain the company vehicle to the required standards.
  • Follow up on unclosed quotes to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Engage in local networking groups to generate leads.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company CRM.

  • Experience in conducting proposals and consultations on-site.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
