Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of company procedures and protocols.
- Client Experience: Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience, meeting personal sales expectations, and maintaining a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
- Team Leadership: Establish clear goals and objectives for team members, provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance, and generate sales reports and maintain inventory.
- Financial Management: Assist the Salon Director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses, and help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to provide management coverage, and have reliable transportation to visit the bank as needed.
- Education: College education preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Management and/or sales experience required, with basic computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Skills: Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously, knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices, problem-solving and organizational/planning skills, strong leadership skills, team building skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors, and ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
