Position Summary

This role is essential for managing all Account Services activities to ensure optimal portfolio performance and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and some outbound communications, utilizing both predictive dialing systems and manual reporting methods. The position also involves the collection of overdue HOA fees, maintenance charges, and taxes, while adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with owners via telephone to collect overdue payments, including maintenance fees, taxes, and other associated charges.
  • Identify accounts requiring further investigation or skip tracing, and take appropriate actions to ensure timely contact.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to owners regarding their accounts during each interaction.
  • Adhere to training and quality standards to ensure effective Account Services practices and deliver high-quality customer service, even in challenging situations.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Background in call center operations
  • A dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
Remote Work Considerations

Selected candidates will undergo remote training and must maintain a designated work area at home equipped with company-provided technology. A stable internet connection is crucial for this remote position.
