Job Description

Are you looking for a lucrative career in Client Account Management for a leading promotional products provider? We are seeking an exceptional, customer service-oriented individual who excels in working with coworkers, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining a positive, hardworking attitude. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and clear, concise communication being essential. This role is Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p, in-office only. Pay range $18-22/hour, depending on previous expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify business opportunities
  • Create detailed quote proposals to meet client needs
  • Process orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Manage proofs and ensure accuracy
  • Oversee order management and billing processes
  • Collaborate with inside sales reps to drive client engagement and growth

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
