Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Establish and implement new accounts, manage client and custodian paperwork, and generate client portfolio reports.
- Transaction Processing: Process wire transfers, account deposits and withdrawals, and monitor the transfers of assets.
- System Maintenance: Maintain systems such as the firm's CRM, custodian websites, portfolio management program, document management systems, and other relevant technological resources.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients and planning team, including gathering and organizing data, assisting with preparation for client meetings, and managing action items.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks.
- Team player, collaborative, takes initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed to providing excellent client service; possesses a passion to help new and existing clients.

Work Environment
- Full-time position with office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
