KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the administrative coordination for the establishment of new accounts, manage client and custodian documentation, and produce client portfolio summaries.
- Support clients and the planning team by collecting and organizing data, aiding in the preparation for client consultations, and tracking action items.
- Maintain the firm's document management systems along with other essential technological tools.
- Work collaboratively on assignments with a focus on solutions and meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with general office administrative functions such as scanning, documentation, answering calls, and various projects as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a professional services firm or the financial services sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A detail-oriented individual capable of exercising initiative, sound judgment, and ownership in support tasks.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Dedicated to providing outstanding client service; possesses a genuine passion for assisting both new and existing clients.
- Embodies the core values of PYA: excellence, trust, gratitude, and growth.
Full-time: standard office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; overtime may be necessary depending on workload and projects.
