Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing/SCM Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Management team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient procurement processes and effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
As a Purchasing/SCM Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, issuing, and distributing contracts for both direct and indirect materials, as well as capital expenditures (CAPEX).
  • Tracking and reporting on CAPEX budgets and expenditures.
  • Acting as the administrator for Aurora (AS400), managing vendor relations and commodity maintenance.
  • Processing surcharges in Aurora and generating related reports.
  • Overseeing TruCentrix administration, including vendor management and contact maintenance.
  • Handling non-production materials purchases, such as office supplies and cleaning products.
  • Managing document workflows and approvals through DocuSign.
  • Maintaining comprehensive files for the Supply Chain Management Department.
  • Providing administrative support to SCM Buyers through various clerical functions.
  • Generating and summarizing monthly SCM reports.
  • Collecting and verifying tooling information and invoices.
  • Managing vendor insurance documentation.
  • Locating data within Aurora and SAP systems as required.
  • Conducting spend reporting, including diversity spend and focus reports.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles related to contracts, purchasing, or procurement.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and familiarity with SAP, AS400, or other ERP systems.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work autonomously.
