Qualifications:
Certifications:

  • Mandatory: RN (Registered Nurse)
  • Preferred: ACM (Case Management) or CCM (Case Manager)
Education:
  • Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience:
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years in Acute Care settings
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse

Work Environment:
This position is based within the BayCare Health System, focusing on care coordination.
Employment Status: PRN, Non-Exempt
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Days
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No

Remote Work:
This role does not include remote work opportunities.
