Position Summary
As a Purchasing/SCM Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Supply Chain Management team. Your contributions will ensure the seamless procurement of materials and services essential for our operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, issue, and distribute contracts for both direct and indirect materials, as well as CAPEX.
2. Track and report on CAPEX budgets and expenditures.
3. Serve as the Aurora (AS400) administrator, overseeing vendor management and commodity maintenance.
4. Manage surcharges within the Aurora system, including reporting.
5. Act as the TruCentrix administrator, handling vendor management and contact maintenance.
6. Conduct NPM purchases, including office supplies and cleaning materials.
7. Manage document workflows and approval processes via DocuSign.
8. Maintain organized files for the SCM Department.
9. Provide administrative support to SCM Buyers through various clerical functions.
10. Generate and summarize monthly SCM reports.
11. Collect and verify tooling information and invoices.
12. Oversee the management of Vendor Insurance Forms.
13. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the team.
14. Locate and retrieve data from Aurora and SAP systems as required.
15. Prepare spend reports, including diversity spend and focus reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, contracts, or purchasing.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and familiarity with SAP, AS400, or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
