We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and managing the candidate experience, building successful relationships with business stakeholders, and developing job postings and position requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Build successful relationships to understand needs of the business.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust talented candidate pipeline.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and talent acquisition process.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Enhance existing onboarding process and work with HR team to manage the new hire experience.
- Knowledgeable on ongoing recruiting trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of human resources experience overall.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of key personnel.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
