Job Summary

Neighborhood Health is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to support the success of our day-to-day administration and coordination of HR functions. This role will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, and training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and backup benefits administration
  • Ensuring all hiring and benefits processes are effective and legally compliant
  • Full recruitment process from posting positions to screening candidates
  • Conducting pre-employment assessments, reference, and background checks
  • Assisting supervisors in interpretation and usage of recruitment tools
  • Employee onboarding and termination support
  • Benefits enrollment and administration
  • Day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
  • Employee relations and HR policy communication
  • Maintaining HR records and systems
  • Preparing reports and documents related to HR
  • Assisting in developing and implementing HR operations plans and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, or equivalent field experience
  • Minimum 3 years of previous human resources generalist experience
  • 3+ years' experience in full-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting
  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural organizations
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting employee needs
  • Strong Excel skills and HRIS skills, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
