Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Process payments, manage client records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve issues and clarify prescription information.
  • Work collaboratively with our administrative staff to achieve a holistic approach to tasks and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist 12-15 providers with managing their schedules, including coordinating appointments and ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Benefits:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including full medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401k and profit-sharing options after one year of employment.
  • Short-term disability coverage is available after 90 days of employment, and you will receive 12 PTO days in your first year, plus 40 hours of sick leave.

Working Hours and Schedule:

Our ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with limited work-from-home options available.
