Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our client's team in Portland, OR.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and implement office procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Provide general support to visitors and employees.
Backup accounting team when needed.

Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative and/or office experience.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High School diploma required; Bachelors Degree a plus.

Pay Details:
$50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
