Job Summary

This position provides critical administrative support to the education of cardiology and subspecialty fellows by coordinating and assisting with complex tasks throughout the academic year. The successful candidate will support 5 ACGME fellowship programs within the department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality educational experiences for fellows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with administrative tasks related to fellowship education, including program planning, evaluation, and accreditation.
  • Provide support to fellows, faculty, and staff in the department, ensuring timely and effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to fellowship education, including program metrics and evaluation data.
  • Collaborate with other departments and units within the university to ensure alignment and coordination of fellowship education initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, business, or healthcare administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as education, business, or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
