Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Beacon Hill Financial in Portland. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing daily tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including handling mail, processing address changes, and maintaining records.
- Account Setup: Establish and manage accounts in our systems, ensuring all required information is collected and accurate.
- Credit Application Management: Process incoming credit applications, working closely with customers to ensure all required information is provided.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with other support tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
