About Call Control
Call Control is a family-owned business operated primarily out of Elkridge, Maryland. Our team members across the country provide unparalleled customer service to our automotive clients and their customers. Our Sales BDC Representatives have personalities that shine through on the phone, who love making an impact with every customer interaction.
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales BDC Representative, you will:
- Perform business to business cold calls to generate leads and schedule sales demonstrations.
- Maintain quality relationships with prospective clients through frequent check-ins, appointment confirmations, and follow-up interactions.
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging advanced search tools, and networking to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with management and ownership of Call Control.

Requirements
The starting wage for this role is $12.50/hour plus commission. All applications, interviews, orientation, and training will be completed virtually. To be eligible for this position, you must be located in one of the following states:
