Business Development Manager

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking team in El Paso, TX. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing cash flow solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal partners to onboard and expand business portfolios.
- Identify and mitigate risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- 3+ years of experience in business banking, sales, or a related field.
