Business Development Analyst

Electric Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our Energy Solutions and Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing financial models, investment strategies, and presentations that demonstrate the commercial benefits and risks of new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in corporate valuation techniques, financial due diligence, financial modeling, business development, budget analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial agreements. You will also have the ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis and communicate complex financial concepts and data in an understandable manner to all levels of management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation modeling for new initiatives
- Screen and evaluate the feasibility of new project opportunities
- Develop and refine commercial proposals
- Facilitate the coordination of divisional annual budget process and reforecasts
- Support the preparation of presentations for regular corporate data reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong competencies in corporate valuation techniques, financial due diligence, financial modeling, business development, budget analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial agreements
- Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis and communicate complex financial concepts and data
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; environment is typical of office or administrative work. May work non-standard hours. May require travel to Company work sites. May require out of town travel.
