Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the nutritional needs of the players and coaches, with a focus on fresh, local, and balanced ingredients.
  • Lead a culinary team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews, to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Establish and maintain a culinary budget, including menu costing, inventory tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Implement food safety protocols, including labeling, dating, rotating, and screening products.
  • Develop relationships with quality vendors to procure seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients.
  • Maintain immaculate standards of the work area, both front and back of house.
Requirements:

  • Collaboration with the performance nutrition department to advise on culinary methods and techniques.
