Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker or Senior Banker to join our team at Tri Counties Bank. As a Personal Banker or Senior Banker, you will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships of trust with our customers by listening to their financial needs and goals, and providing expert solutions to address their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily customer conversations to understand their financial circumstances and provide personalized solutions.
- Present the features and benefits of our banking products and services, including consumer checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, online banking, bill pay, mobile banking, debit cards, and overdraft privilege coverage.
- Update customer relationship management databases with records of all customer interactions.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other Tri Counties Bank financial services professionals to provide comprehensive solutions to our customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows-based programs.
- Able to successfully complete Bank product and sales training courses and appropriate certifications.
