About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive/Principal to join our team at PBK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of current and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Project Management: Oversee project teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of services, meeting PBK's quality and client service standards.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth of PBK's consulting groups, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve goals.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, resources, and technical advice to junior staff, ensuring their professional development and success.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, showcasing exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel and Professional Development: Participate in professional organizations, attend industry events, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 5 years of experience in Design Services Administration (DSA).
  • Certifications: Must be a Registered Architect, with LEED familiarity strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
