About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to join our team at PBK Architects. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of current and prospective clients
  • Oversee project team performance and ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Work closely with the Managing Principal to ensure project completion on-time, on-budget, and meeting PBK's quality and client service standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's strategic plan and initiatives
  • Supervise and manage project teams to produce quality sets of documents that comply with deliverable requirements
  • Establish and develop relationships with potential clients and work closely with the firm's Marketing & BD departments to develop new opportunities
  • Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project and keeping clients apprised of project progress on a regular basis
  • Promote a support structure to further develop the abilities of staff and oversee the recruitment of new staff to supplement the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession with no less than 5 years of experience DSA
  • LEED familiarity strongly preferred
  • Prior K-12 and/or Higher Education experience and/or Civic experience required
  • Must be a Registered Architect
