Position: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhering to EMCOR's sales strategies and established protocols.
  • Identifying and analyzing prospective clients through diverse channels.
  • Establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Branch Managers to improve account initiatives.
  • Driving sales growth and profitability through tailored solution programs.
  • Preparing and presenting client proposals and presentations.
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams.
  • Engaging in training and meeting annual sales objectives.
Compensation Structure:
  • Annual draw provided through weekly payments.
  • Sales and maintenance plans designed to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Compensation aligned with EMCOR's sales compensation framework.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC commercial services.
  • Technical knowledge in Facilities Management or Operations.
  • Proficient presentation skills and financial understanding.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
  • Competitive, articulate, goal-oriented, and energetic.
