The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and empathetic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager and Assistant to our Chief Investment Officer. As the Relationship Manager, you will serve as the vital link between our team and our clients, and prospects. Your role is to build strong relationships, assist in outreach efforts, and support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (experience with Advyzon is a plus)
  • Conduct client outreach, marketing campaigns, and event planning
  • Handle communication and outreach to clients and prospects, ensuring a warm, empathetic approach
  • Assist with general computer operations, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Support our Chief Investment Officer in managing client interactions and fostering long-term relationships
  • Work closely with clients to identify needs and opportunities within their financial goals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative operations

Requirements

  • Empathetic & Outgoing: You have a high emotional IQ and are skilled at building rapport with clients, especially over the phone, uncovering insights, and fostering strong, lasting connections.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're highly proficient in Microsoft Office and know your way around a CRM.
  • Customer-Centric: You excel at providing top-notch customer service and are eager to help clients feel heard and supported.
  • Organized & Efficient: You can juggle multiple tasks and priorities, whether planning an event or executing a marketing campaign.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: You anticipate needs before they arise and can adapt quickly to changing situations.
