Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' financial needs and goals, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with other financial professionals to provide a collaborative approach to customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on all Bank products and services, and use that knowledge to identify opportunities to add value for our customers.
  • Employ effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
  • Lead and direct other team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to customers.
  • Strong working knowledge of Bank products and consumer lending, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Ability to lead and direct others, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows-based programs, with a strong understanding of Bank systems and technology.

Physical Requirements

  • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
