Key Responsibilities:

The Branch Operations Leader manages the daily operations at the branch level. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations, and in line with corporate policies, the Branch Operations Leader supervises daily work schedules, personnel deployment, material logistics, facility management, and vehicle maintenance to ensure successful project execution.

  • Promotes the adoption of corporate culture at the branch level.
  • Ensures branch productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed established goals.
  • Oversees the Office Administrator, facilitating communication between branch personnel.
  • Responsible for financial oversight and budgeting at the branch level.
  • Manages processes related to collections and local vendor/subcontractor invoicing.
  • Ensures branch compliance with HR, safety, personnel, payroll, and legal standards.
  • Accountable for all assets (personnel, vehicles, materials, tools) at the branch.
  • Conducts morning crew meetings and organizes field crew schedules.
  • Implements training programs for supervisors, foremen, technicians, and field crew.
  • Recommends hiring and termination actions to the Regional Director of Operations for approval.
  • Oversees inventory management and local purchasing as authorized by corporate.
  • Manages subcontractor and special operations requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated operational management experience, ideally in the home improvement sector or a comparable environment (2 years minimum), including inventory and project management.
  • Leadership experience managing and developing a team of at least 20 individuals.
  • Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles; experience managing a facility generating annual revenue of $5M to $6M.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales managers, superintendents, office administrators, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to address customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Interview Process:

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time, On-site.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, starting early in the morning.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually.

Compensation Structure: Salary plus bonus.
