About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive, Programmatic to join our Account Management team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue from top-performance marketing clients in the Ad Tech world, specifically buying on-demand side platforms (DSP) in the programmatic space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and client retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in programmatic buying.
  • Strong understanding of all performance KPIs, including CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a background in relationship-building.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to explain product benefits in detail.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals in the digital media space.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and identify campaign performance trends in data and generate reports.
