Join Our Team as a Programmatic Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic Operations Specialist to join our team at Tripadvisor. As a key member of our programmatic operations team, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class service and programmatic guidance to our internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales, account managers, and clients to understand objectives and needs to develop strategic programmatic media plans across display, mobile, and outstream video.
  • Set up programmatic non-guaranteed campaigns across our SSPs, including deal custom creation, buyer approvals, troubleshooting, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Support sales and clients with RFIs, participate in client meetings, and assist in creating pre- and post-campaign presentation decks and reports.
  • Analyze deal performance, identify limitations, and recommend solutions to maximize revenue.
  • Continuously maintain expertise in the digital advertising environment and seek opportunities to work collaboratively to expand the scope and influence of your role.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience in programmatic selling/buying and data analytics.
  • Understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, preferably with experience in GAM/DV360 or other top SSPs/DSPs.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and open to change and new information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
  • Comfortable with a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and demanding online advertising sales environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,720 to $85,000, based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
