Senior Account Executive, Programmatic Partnerships

As a seasoned Sr Account Executive, Programmatic Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth across our Aperture Media Exchange (MX) team. With a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace and end-to-end supply chain, you will be responsible for breaking down complex audience and supply solutions into digestible pitches, and driving sales across all levels of agency & client partners across your established network.

This role requires a creative thinker, hunter, and leader who can master and evangelize Cadent's suite of Advertiser solutions, illustrating applicable use cases to potential customers. You will identify client needs, present applicable solutions, close deals, and ensure proper execution, driving share-of-wallet growth across existing customers. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional efficiency across other Cadent teams and functions, providing real-time customer feedback to help shape product and solution development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling Cadent's programmatic solutions and SSP supply into defined Holding Companies and their respective Agencies, Accounts, and Traders.
  • Mastery and evangelization of Cadent's suite of Advertiser solutions, illustrating applicable use cases to potential customers.
  • Identification of client needs, presentation of applicable solutions, closing of deals, and ensuring proper execution.
  • Drive share-of-wallet growth across existing customers.
  • Coordination of cross-functional efficiency across other Cadent teams and functions.
  • Providing real-time customer feedback to help shape product and solution development.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience selling advanced TV, OTT/CTV, or OLV advertising solutions.
  • Established track record of delivering on strategic and revenue objectives.
  • Passion and understanding of the entire media marketplace with a focus on Programmatic.
  • Strong presentation skills with or without a deck.
  • Strong discovery skills, obtaining market feedback is key to help Cadent shape and differentiate our solutions and overall marketplace offering.
  • Experience and success in driving new business wins.
  • Coachability and ability to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of curiosity and ability to work beyond the defined boundaries of the role.
