As a key member of our programmatic buying team, you will be responsible for leading and managing programmatic buying strategies, driving innovation, and optimizing client campaigns./ppThe ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, as well as prior experience with bid management platforms. Collaboration across all agency teams is required./ppThis is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations./ppbResponsibilities/b/pulliTrain and manage a junior team on all aspects of programmatic buying and related deliverables./liliProvide senior-level programmatic expertise to internal and external teams./liliDevelop and maintain relationships with data, inventory, and platform partners./liliLead programmatic teams to optimize campaigns and deliver strategic recommendations to achieve account success./liliEstablish best practices, create case studies, and implement processes that inspire workflow efficiencies./liliManage resources to meet service level expectations./liliInspire team members to embrace forward-thinking solutions in a constantly changing industry./liliWrite points of view (POVs) on trends, products, and industry news from a programmatic perspective./liliManage ideation, business relationships, and activation of new 1st-to-market programmatic offerings./liliProvide holistic digital expertise./liliDrive client outcomes through actionable programmatic solutions across multiple accounts./li/ulpbQualifications/b/pulli5+ years of experience in digital media, with an increasing focus on programmatic buying./liliProficient in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis./liliExperience understanding complex subject matter and translating it into simple, relatable terms for different audiences./liliTeam management skills that foster trust, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, with experience maximizing team performance./liliExperience resolving conflicts with both internal and external teams./liliPowerPoint and storytelling skills for client presentations and internal communication./li/ul
