The role of the Workers' Compensation Medical Programs Process Specialist integrates expertise in business process analysis, insurance principles, and operational efficiency to meticulously document workflows, tasks, and activities. This ensures the delivery of optimal Workers' Compensation Claim solutions to clients of Chubb. By collaborating with Medical Programs, strategic vendor partners, Claims, Claim Centers, Operations, and Claim Compliance, you will utilize your analytical, communication, and documentation skills to identify, define, and propose enhancements in processes, automation, and future state transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research, interviews, and analysis to gather and update various workflows related to Claims, Operations, and Vendors. Develop comprehensive business process documentation, including Visio process maps and high-level summaries, to elucidate procedure steps, interdependencies, resource utilization, and applications necessary for transaction completion. Lead the execution of Medical Programs strategies within the Workers' Compensation sector, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders and confirming effective implementation through continuous measurement and reinforcement. Collaborate with the WC Discipline team, engaging with colleagues at all levels to pinpoint improvement opportunities, while being accountable for your responsibilities and enhancing the overall quality of the claims product delivered to clients. Assist in creating training materials tailored for both new and experienced WC staff. Design and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex information clearly and concisely. Support Medical Programs billing management and the preparation of team performance metrics, collaborating with vendor management to create dashboards and analyze data. Oversee team IT requests and assist with documentation reviews and updates. Contribute to the design and documentation of future state solutions, which may encompass process reengineering, automation, and enhancing customer experience. Manage the effective implementation of new technologies and optimize the use of existing systems. Participate in key projects as assigned, serving both as an individual contributor and project leader. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and support their implementation.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector. Experience in Workers' Compensation claim handling and workflows. Background in business process modeling, workflow documentation, or training delivery. Proficiency in process documentation tools such as Visio and PowerPoint.

The compensation range for this position is between $71,500 and $115,000, with the specific offer depending on the applicant's qualifications and other relevant factors. Chubb provides a comprehensive benefits package.
